Operating Hours: We offer in-person and telehealth sessions Monday-Friday 8am to 8pm and telehealth sessions Saturday 8am to 3pm and Sunday 8am to 12pm.

Illinois ADULT Residents Only: AT THIS TIME, OUR SERVICES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO ADULT CLIENTS (AGE 18+) LOCATED IN ILLINOIS. If you’re visiting from out of state or outside the country, we’re not able to offer sessions just yet — but we hope to expand in the future! If you’re seeking therapy for your child, please email hello@thetalkstudio.co and we will refer you to a children’s therapist.

Clinician Requests: Due to the sessions being on-demand, we’re not able to take requests for specific clinicians. What we can promise is that you’ll be seen by a highly qualified, fully licensed therapist who’s been carefully selected to provide the kind of care The Talk Studio is known for. Every clinician on our team has been thoughtfully vetted. You’re in good hands.

Deposit: To secure your session time, a $50 deposit will be collected at booking and applied towards your session cost after you complete your appointment. Our therapists are scheduled in shifts to provide immediate, same-day care, so a canceled time slot could otherwise go to another client in need. For that reason, the deposit is non-refundable.

DISCOUNT CODES: If you have a referral code, you will be able to enter that on the forms sent to you after you complete your booking.
